------- EVENT REGISTRATION TIME: The registration on Saturday will start at 9 am and close at 9.30 am. First round start is expected at 10 am. Lunch break is scheduled after 3 swiss round.

-------DETAILED STRUCTURE: A Proving Grounds side tournament is scheduled to begin at the same time as Day 2 of the main tournament. This is an additional opportunity for players who did not advance to the Daimyō Stage to earn their place in the Winter Court World Championship over six rounds of play. Players who did advance, but are eliminated from the Daiymō Stage before the quarterfinals can charge into the Proving Grounds with byes for the rounds they missed for one last chance.
